Requirements:

To board or use daycare at Dog Days of Birmingham your dog must have

• Vaccinations: Physical or electronic records required for Rabies, Distemper (DHPP), and Bordetella.
• Spay/Neuter: Dogs over 6-8 months old must be altered.
• Temperament Assessment: Dogs must be friendly, non-aggressive, and pass a behavioral assessment.
• Age Minimum: Typically, 4 months or older. Last round of puppy shots are required.
